Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

U.S. shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. International shipping may take 7 to 21 business days depending on location and customs.

All orders include tracking. Finest Wear is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us at finestwearclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached.

To start a return or exchange, email finestwearclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, we will send the replacement item after we receive and inspect the original.

The following items cannot be returned: sale or discounted products, final drop pieces, and any clothing that has been washed or worn.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
